1. Dine-In and Takeout Orders

Refunds are not provided for orders that have been prepared and served.

If there is an issue with your order, please notify our staff immediately, and we will do our best to address the problem.
2. Online Orders and Delivery

Refunds or replacements may be offered if orders are incorrect or incomplete. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. Cancellations

Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

Online orders cannot be canceled once preparation has begun.
