Refund Policy

1. Dine-In and Takeout Orders

• Refunds are not provided for orders that have been prepared and served.

• If there is an issue with your order, please notify our staff immediately, and we will do our best to address the problem.

2. Online Orders and Delivery

• Refunds or replacements may be offered if orders are incorrect or incomplete. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Cancellations

• Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

• Online orders cannot be canceled once preparation has begun.
